About The Brand
Shell and Sage Atelier is an artisanal microbakery based in the United States. We provide elevated pastry experiences and offer rotating, mindfully developed menu selections.
We prioritize creativity and high-quality ingredients without compromise, and are humbled to introduce you to the flavors of Trinidad and Tobago’s multicultural palate.

Brown Butter Bourbon Chocolate Chunk Cookies
Not your average cookie experience. Crafted with European butter, Guittard’s 70% cocoa, and flaky sea salt for an indulgent texture.

French Madeleines
Petite, airy, and scalloped sponge cakes. Featuring organic lemon juice, ethically sourced Madagascar vanilla beans, and browned European butter.

Coco/a Guava Loaf Cake
Made with organic heavy coconut cream, organic cocoa sourced directly from Trinidad and Tobago, and organic guava jam for a marbled presentation. Finished with torched, organic coconut and pineapple glaze.

FAQs
Are your products made fresh daily?
Even better, all baked goods are thoughtfully made to order. I work intuitively in small batches to minimize waste and ensure high quality and freshness in everything I offer.
Do you offer gluten and nut-free options?
Yes! However, products are baked in an environment that handles gluten and tree nuts. Please reach out to bake@shellandsage.com. We can work together on a solution that accommodates your needs 🤎
How should I store my baked goods?
All baked goods are packaged for optimal storage at room temperature if consumed within the first 3-5 days. You can freeze most breads and pastries in an airtight container for up to 3 months.
What’s your refund and cancellation policy?
Due to the sensitive, perishable nature of baked goods, and in an effort to minimize food waste, confirmed orders are final sale and non-refundable. In the event an issue arises, contact bake@shellandsage.com, and we’ll work together to resolve it.

Coco/a Guava Loaf Cake
Most amazing melt-in-your-mouth loaf cake ever. Even my granddaughter gobbled it up, and she doesn’t like to try new things, but this cake was amazing. We had the whole thing gone in 2 days. Soooo good!!
